The Military Career Expo Program that gives back

NCOA is a congressionally chartered, 501(c)(19) non-profit military organization and the Career Expos are completely self-supporting. Any proceeds we realize from the events, after expenses are met to host the events, are put back into the benevolent funds of the Association. The Program also donates to our charitable partners that support veterans and their families.

Our Mission

The Mission of NCOA’s Military Career Expo Program is to assist U.S. Military men and women currently in transition, Guard and Reserve members, veterans, and their spouses in their search for meaningful civilian employment. Connecting American Heroes with American Jobs.

How Employers Benefit

Our Military Career Expos are designed to be powerful recruiting tools that help employers from all industries tap into America’s most talented, diverse, and experienced group of candidates. They are from all five branches of the U.S. Military, and they include NCOs, enlisted personnel, and officers.
